Shipping policy

Our aim is always to deliver a product within 1 day, and for most orders placed on weekdays before 16:30, this is usually achievable. However, for orders placed later, it may not always be possible to deliver them the next day; in such cases, delivery will be attempted no later than the following day.

Delivery is carried out by DHL. If unexpectedly you are not at home during the delivery moment, the courier can deliver your package to one of your neighbors. Alternatively, you can choose to have it delivered to a DHL service point. There are around 1800 of these in the Netherlands, so there will always be one nearby.

Orders over 60 euros are shipped free of charge. For orders under 60 euros, a shipping fee of €5.95 will be applied.

Pickup is only possible by arrangement; please contact us in advance to arrange this.
